By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. Guiding Heroes, LLC is a Veteran-Owned consulting company providing claims assistance, benefit education, and survivor support. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or any government agency.

2. Scope of Services
We provide non-legal, administrative consulting services, including claims assistance, benefit education, survivor support, and appointment coordination. We do not provide legal representation, legal advice, or medical advice.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, submit required documents, and attend scheduled appointments. Accuracy depends on the information provided.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to provide high-quality support, we cannot guarantee approval of claims or specific benefit outcomes. All decisions are made solely by government authorities.

5. SMS and Electronic Communications
By submitting your information, you consent to receive SMS communications related to appointments and services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Payment and Fees
Fees will be disclosed prior to engagement. Payment terms must be followed as outlined in your agreement.

7. Service Eligibility
We provide services nationwide within the US, except for the State of New Jersey. Services are governed by the laws of Arizona.

8. Confidentiality
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.

9. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the content or policies of external websites or organizations.

10. Limitation of Liability
Guiding Heroes, LLC is not liable for delays caused by government agencies or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to discontinue services for false information or abusive conduct. Clients may discontinue services at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
